So I'm thinking of starting a new piece. A recurring whatsit of sorts. Each week, I'll do either a sketch, painting, or photo manipulation thingy of someone who I deem to be a Legend. This may be a Superhero or villain, musician, actor, politician or even my local postman. Whoever the heck I want to basically.
This week it's Rorschach from Watchmen. He is the antagonist of the story, not afraid to go that extra step in the persuit of justice. He sees the world in black and white: the good guys are good, and the bad guys need to be punished. So he put on a mask and started beating up criminals. After a pretty horrific case where a man killed a young girl and fed her to his dogs, Rorschach kinda snapped. He killed that guy's dogs, handcuffed him to a radiator and burned his house to the ground, waiting outside to make sure the guy didn't survive.
To make a long and amazing story short, he is a legend. So I cut out a stencil I found online, stuck it to a blank canvas I had lying around for ages, and sprayed over in black. I might add more colour in the future, and if I do I'll post it here :)
